Saturday Running (2 hours)

FIRST TIME RUNNING THAT LONG! GO ME! Paved trail. Flat course. I think I got 9.5 miles out of that. I also did the grocery shopping right after that.

Wednesday Strength Workout (25 minutes)

With 10 sets of inverted rows, 10 sets of 10 push ups, and 3 sets of chair dips. Some ab work too.

Monday Trail Running 1 hour + Strength Workout (25 minutes)

According to the trail map, I ran 5.2 miles in an hour! Also- did 10 sets of 5 inverted rows (australian pull ups) and 10 sets of 10 push ups. I also did 3 sets of 5 chair dips and 3 sets of 20 calf raises.

Australian pull ups (inverted rows) 10 sets of 5 with myself lower to make it harder. 10 sets of 10 push ups (100 total). Also, chair dips, ab work, and calf raises.

10 sets of 5-6 inverted rows (australian pull ups, 50 or so total) and 10 sets of 10 push ups (100 push ups total). I'm also trying to add in other body weight training exercises and hope to get over 30 minutes with my strength workouts soon.

10 sets of  6 australian pull ups (60 total), 10 sets of 10 push ups (100 total), lots of ab work and some calf raises mixed in. I'm feeling some progress. I'm hoping 3 months until I can get real pull ups.

Also- 2 hours of cleaning.

25 minute strength workout with 10 sets of 6 Australian pull ups (60 total), 10 sets of 10 push ups (100 total) and ab work mixed in. I also biked for about 50 minutes (without a bike trailer! freedom!).

Tuesday Trail Running (45 minutes)

Half paved, half dirt trail over by the watershed nature center. I also mowed my brother's lawn for 30-40 minutes. My upper body feels pretty sore now :P

Monday Strength Workout (20 minutes)

I did australian pull ups (11 sets of 6, 66 total), push ups (11 sets of 10, 110 total) and a bunch of ab work mixed in. I'm already seeing progress with these workouts which is very nice. I also did two "dead hangs" with all my body weight of 15 seconds each (supposed to get up to 30 seconds). 

Also- chased my toddler around an office for an hour because my brother had an appointment I took him to.

More also- one hour of cleaning and one hour of yard work.

Saturday Strength Workout (20 minutes)

I did 10 sets 6-10 of Australian pull ups mixed in with 10 sets of 10 push ups (100 push ups total). I used playground equipment because I saw an article that showed someone doing that. It was fun to do something at the playground besides just sit around and watch my kids play.

Thursday Strength workout (20 minutes)

This is out of order. Oh well. I did 8 sets of Australian pull ups and standard pulls mixed in with 8 sets of 10 push ups (80 push ups total).

Friday Trail Running (90 minutes)

Got my 90 minutes of trail running back! wOOt!
