Monday Running (30 minutes)

While pushing the jogging stroller. Also, 10 minutes or so of walking.

Monday Strength Workout (40 minutes)

Assisted pull ups ( 6 sets of 6), push ups (6 sets of 10), chair dips (3 sets of 10), calf raises ( 3 sets of 20), hack squats (3 sets of 3), dead lifts (3 sets of 6). Hack squats + dead lifts with 90 lbs on the bar. Hoping to get up to 100 lbs soon. Plus, 5 minutes of ab work.

Ran 30 minutes on the Wanda Rd trail with lots of snow. Snow definitely slows me down, but I enjoy running in it. I found a pair of Intuition 1.5 that I have never worn in my closet. Those are so comfortable! Made for a great run.

Friday Strength Workout (30 minutes)

6 sets of australian pull ups with chairs and a broom, alternated with push ups (3 "harder" push ups with feet on 2 stairs, and 3 sets of normal push ups). 4 sets of calf raises, 3 sets of chair dips. Front and side leg lifts with 10 lbs on each leg, 3 sets each.
