Wed Strength Workout (20 minutes)

I just did lower body with the 100 lb bar (hack squats, deadlifts, and sumo squats). My upper body was trashed from all the yard work yesterday. Also- an hour of gutter cleaning and bush trimming.

15 laps freestyle, 5 laps back stroke, 5 freestyle sprints half laps with laying on my back and just kicking for the return 1/2 lap.

Tuesday Running/Walking (30 minutes)

20 minutes of running, 10 minutes of walking. Also, 2 hours of weeding.

I made the assisted pull ups slower and added 3 sets of stair push ups (the easier kind, not the harder kind). I still forgot abs! I might try to ad core work at the end of my runs instead.
