Saturday Trail Running (1 Hour)

Finally got my hour back. Yay! 

Also- for Friday, did 7 hours of cleaning clothes and other things out of the basement. Went up and down the stairs more times than I can count.

Also= 2 1/2 hours more of lawn mowing. I can't remember the last time I sweated as much as I did today.

Wednesday Strength workout LEGS (30 minutes)

I just did legs and abs because I did 2 hours of mowing and figured that would be enough upper body. LEGS- hack squats, dead lifts, sumo dead lifts, calf raises, and butt lifts.

Tuesday Trail Running (30 minutes)

plus, 15 minutes walking. 1 hour of yard work.

Saturday Trail Running (50 minutes)

Decided to mix it up an hit all the surfaces. #4 trail first (mud/dirt) then the cross country trail (grass, mud), then the gravel part of the bike trail, and last pavement. Also, about 20 minutes of walking in there as well.

Another also- two hours of yard work in the evening.

Thursday Swimming (30 minutes)

25 laps. 5 backstroke, 20 freestyle.

I managed to rush through my strength workout and do in 35 minutes what I usually do in 45 minutes. I don't think I will do that again though. It hurts to do it that fast, and I'm already sore from it.
