GREAT START TO YOUR RUNNING PROGRAM!!! <br /><br />I don't know if you got back on the blog that far, but we had a big discussion on how important lean protein is to build muscle and feed our bodies. Matt figured out that I need 65 (minimum) to 130 protein grams a day. The minimum is just to maintain muscle, and obviously to build muscle it requires more.<br /><br />I basically just drink a protein shake after I run or workout (25-30 grams of protein) and that usually sends me over the 65 a day minimum that I need.timpani76https://www.blogger.com/profile/02616963163699950161noreply@blogger.com
