Friday JM 30DS + Extras (30 minutes)
I did JM Level 2 with 10 lb weights and then some extras with the 20 lb weight. I skipped the shoulder work because I'm hoping to swim tonight.

Thursday Walking 90 minutes
While pushing the double stroller. My mom flaked on watching the kids, so I walked instead. I also pulled small trees for an hour today and and hour yesterday. I have some blisters on my hands but it feels so good to work in the yard again!

Level 2 with 10 lb free weights and the extras with the 20 lb weight. It was pretty hard after the 80 push ups on Saturday, but not as hard as I thought it would be.

Thursday Running 65 minutes (trail and paved)
45 minutes on a muddy trail (where I almost feel and did the splits at the same time, but managed to catch myself) and then another 20 minutes total getting out and then back in to my mom's subdivision. It's just easier to park at her house (while she watches the kids) and run to the trail from there.

Monday Swimming 30 minutes
The water felt so good after the hot muggy day today. The pool was super crowded, so I did 10 minutes of freestyle, 10 minutes backstroke, 10 minutes freestyle.
Monday JM 30 Day Shred Level 2 (25 minutes)
It was easier than I thought it would be since I took of formal strength training last week. I guess gardening keeps me strong!

Thursday Running 55 minutes (while pushing the jogging stroller)
I wanted to run and hour but the humidity was HORRIBLE. It felt like
breathing mud. I actually wore a tank top under my t-shirt and had to
take the t-shirt off so I could halfway normal. I also had a coughing fit that lasted 2-3 minutes because of all the pollens, I guess. I could hear someone mowing on the other side of the woods too.

The walk was while pushing the double stroller. I'm doing raking, digging, and planting today for yard work. 1 hour of yard work so far, with more later.

Saturday Trail Running 1 hour
I got a bad cold that knocked me on my butt for two days and then I got the stomach flu that knocked me even farther down for another two days. I also walked on MOnday, but did not blog it. I was glad I was able to run for an hour today. I was a little worried about my electrolytes so I ate a calcium supplement and actually carried some powerade with me for once.
