Sunday Trail Running (30 minutes running, 15 minutes walking)

 Really really muddy on the pavement, dirt, and cc trail.  Trying to train for a 5K

Thursday Lifting/bodyweight Training (2 1/2 hours)

 Alternated between isometric handstands and jumping push ups this time (skipped pull ups). Also did hip thrusts after skipping them for awhile

 like 3 minutes faster than last week and the goggles didn't hurt my face as much

Monday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (2 1/2 hours)

Skipped hip thrusts. Still including isometric handstand holds alternated with pull ups and 3 sets of 10 jumping push ups on the couch (for cushion)

 Almost did handstand push ups, was able to bend my elbows a little, getting there. Also did 3 sets of 10 jumping push ups on the couch.

Did all the stuff. Still 22 lbs for handweights and static handstands (3 set of 10) mixed in with knee in band pull ups

 Had to skip exercise yesterday due to inner pelvic pain that started after open mat on Saturday

Thursday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (2 1/2 hours)

 Went from 17lbs to 22lbs for bicep curls, forearm curls, and single arm shoulder presses (all the stuff I do with hand weights). Still doing static hand stands held for 10 seconds 3 times instead of push ups, and alternating with knee in band pull ups

 still experiencing fatigue and nausea off and on from covid, did almost all my heavy lifts and then had to stop due to fatigue

 Still messing around with wall hand stand holds instead of push ups, and alternating with pull ups. Everything else basically the same.
