Friday Swimming HIIT/Sprint Laps Workout (30 minutes)

 Got 8 HIIT laps going solo this time. Racing the kids has helped my cardio enough for me to get two more HIIT/Sprint laps (alternated with back stroke laps)

 Big hill was harder because of thick grass tufts. Small hill was easier because of smooth dirt path. Took the littles with me

 did all the things, but moved into the living room for the yoga part

FRIDAY Swimming HIIT Sprints and more HIIT sprints (1 hour)

 Basically 6 HIIT laps on my own (alternated with back stroke laps) and then racing the kids for several more laps (also like a HIIT sprint)

 6 Hill sprints. Very muddy

 Put sumo dead lifts back in along with front squats. Skipped abs. Mixed a lot of cleaning things during the down times between reps.

 Watershed nature trail. I made it to the New Poag Rd bridge, which is farther that I've made in awhile.

 Skipped sumo dead lifts so I could add in front squats (with 70 lbs bar). Did everything else.

Also- 2 hours yesterday and 2 hours today washing a big rug with a pressure nozzle hose

 It wasn't the best on the sprints, but I sloughed through

Saturday Nogi Wrestling and Rolling (90 minutes)

 Drilling for about an hour from referee position, and then rolling with BH adn Q for 30 minutes

 Forgot to do abs, but did everything else. Worked on negative pull ups to try to reach my goal of doing unassisted pull ups

 About 30 minutes drilling quarter guard to deep half, to belt grip/ or leg underhook, to roll over, to over/under position, to over under pass. Also 1 hour rolling mostly with white belts
