Thursday No Gi Wrestling Class (2 hours)

1 hour drilling knee picks from under hook and slide bys. Getting the underhook- grab near side arm with thumb down and getting elbow underhook, then regular underhook. Grab cross side- pull arm up- get underhook

Thursday HIIT Workout (Hill Sprints) (25 minutes)

Ran the harder hill 3 times in a row, then the easier hill 3 times in a row. Made the workout go faster, but maybe more intense muscle workout.

rolled with Demian Maia and 3 other black belts
