1 hour drilling hand fighting and the defense to the guillotine- Von Flue Choke. 1 hour hard rolling with KZ, RG, and DW. DW taught class. Also- took kids sledding for over an hour. Went down 10 times myself.

 80ish minutes working fireman's carry, to double leg, or High-C. Also worked arm drag to back take. Also worked arm throw from standing after duck under. Rolled for awhile after that, but was pretty worn out.

Tuesday Hill Sprints (HIIT) (25-30 minutes)

Ran the bigger hill 3 times and the smaller hill 3 times too on the CC trail

Skipped front squats and just alternated sumo dead lifts with hip thrusts (same bar, same weight). Added extra yoga for lower back pain, it worked!
