Saturday Biking 55 minutes
It was raining for about 45 minutes of that. Biking in the rain! It was
55 degrees today, so I did not get really cold until the very end
when it REALLY started raining. I am now snuggling under jackets,
blankets, warm socks, etc.

Running with my 8yr old in the Girls on the Run 5K in Saint Louis. 23 degrees but we did it!

Thursday JM 30 DS Lvl 2 (25 minutes)
With 10 lb weights. Tomorrow is a rest day because I run my first race on Saturday. It's only a 5K, but still a first!

Wednesday Swimming 45 minutes
I swam a mile in 45 minutes! Woot! 30 laps freestyle and 5 laps backstroke.
Tuesday Running 30 minutes
Just a short run with the kids while pushing the jogging stroller. We were on the Wanda Rd side of the watershed trail, so did not worry about anyone running in the street or anything.

Monday JM 30DS Lvl 2 + extras (35 minutes)
JM with the 10 lb weights and the extras with the 20 lb weight (finally!). I also went for a walk for about an hour while pushing the younger kids in the double stroller.

It was on the hard trail, which ironically seems easier on my knees. Yes, the five minutes added to the hour is important.
