Lots of running around, push ups, leg burn outs, and my first plank! I lasted a minute with my first plank.

5 sets of 10 push ups at the end (50 total). I'm also cleaning out the basement today which means about ONE MILLION trips up and down the stairs.

Monday Swimming (46 minutes)
I swam a mile in 46 minutes! Woot! I also did 20 minutes of runners yoga yesterday. I'm taking it easy this week to let my knee heal more. Stupid knee!

Thursday Trail Running 90 minutes
I wore my Altra Eves and the trail felt really hard to my feet. I got used to it, but my feet and ankles definitely need strengthening.
