Tuesday Running + Strength workout (60 minutes)
I ran a practice 5k with my 9 yr old for her GOTR 5k race they are running in 2 weeks. We did that in about 40 minutes. I
also did a strength workout today with 8 sets of 5 half pull ups (40
half pull ups total) and 8 sets of 10 push ups (80 push ups total) mixed
in with more lawn mowing. All this rain we are getting is making the
grass grow fast!

Saturday Trail Running 1 hour
The moved some things around on the #1 trail out at SIUE, but I was able to navigate through okay. I will have to explore some more out there and try to lengthen my run using the #1 and #3 trails together. Lots of fun, but very humid today. I could feel the air sticking to me.
Friday Strength Workout (about an hour)
I did 10 sets of 10 push ups (100 total) mixed in with 10 sets of 5 half pull ups (50 total). I also worked in lawn mowing and 11 lb free weights for my arms and upper body. I'm trying to work up to doing full pull ups eventually.

35 laps all freestyle! First time I've done that ;) Also- grocery shopping for an hour.

I think I ran about 45 minutes while pushing the jogging stroller with 10 sets of 10 push ups (100 push ups total) mixed in.
