Wednesday Strength Workout (45 minutes)

Did forearm push ups again. Remembered abs. Skipped hack squats though. Still at 115 lbs for dead lifts and sumo dead lifts.

Also- 45 minutes of lawn mowing.

While pushing the jogging stroller. 20 minutes running, 10 minutes walking.

Monday Strength Workout (50 minutes)

Did forearm push ups again and abs at the end. Still up to 115 lbs for dead lifts, hack squats, and sumo dead lifts.

Saturday Trail Running (1 hour)

Hot, muggy, and buggy, but still fun. The #7 trail and all its side trails. I found a part of the trail that takes me up to where I can see Nw Poag. Fun exploring!

Tuesday Mountain Biking (35 minutes)

20 minutes on the dirt trail, and 15 minutes on paved. #5 trail, #2 trail, and a little on the #7 trail. First time mountain biking. Fun, scary, and exciting. Will have to try it again.

Monday- did an hour of yard work

Tuesday Strength workout (45 minutes)

Added 15 lbs to the bar for legs - up to 115 lbs for hack squats, dead lifts, and sumo dead lifts.

Muddy run on the cross country trail and the gravel part of the bike trail. Plus, some cleaning and running errands.

Thursday Strength Workout (35 minutes)

Remembered abs, but only did sumo dead lifts for leg stuff.

4-5 sprints with walking in between while pushing the jogging stroller. Also- 2 hours of lawn mowing today (which was probably the better workout).
