Saturday Trail Running (45 minutes)
#1 trail since it had been awhile since I ran that trail. More pine needles than the other trails, which makes for more cushioning.

Friday Strength Workout (30 minutes)
Pooped out after 30 minutes :P Did under the bar pull ups, hard push ups (with my legs elevated), chair dips, calf raises, dead lifts, and sumo dead lifts (120 lbs). Also, abs.

Thursday Trail Running (1 hour)
#2, #6, #5, back to #2, then #4 to round out the hour. Wore my barefoot running shoes (altra eves) with arch support sock things (open toes).

Dry trail, really warm. I had to take some walking breaks because my socks were too thick and my right foot kept going numb.

Skipped sumo dead lifts due to a strained feeling in the back top of my left leg and skipped ab work due to running out of time. Had to hurry through the last part to pick kids up for school.

Plus, 15 minutes. Taking it easy today due to a sore muscle along my c-section scar on the left side. I skipped my strength workout yesterday due to the same sore muscle.

Under the bar assisted pull ups, legs up push ups, chair dips, calf raises, dead lifts and sumo dead lifts (120lb bar). Had to cut it short due to feeling sick from the same sinus crud I've had for over a week.
