Added back in hack squats. Side still hurting some, so skipped abs. Too rainy to bike today :( Maybe yoga later though.

Getting better at the biking. Still have a pain in my left side that I think is a ligament torn. I might have to avoid my strength workouts for awhile.

All paved trail. My left knee seemed okay.
Plus, 2 hours of intense martial arts class with the last 45 minutes hard sparring with young strong guys. Having a bit of stabby pain still under my left chest area.

Wed Strength Workout (40 minutes)
Had to skip hack squats and abs due to stabbing pain under my left boob again. Hope that goes away soon :P Also- about an hour of cleaning.

Straight flat paved trail biking flat out almost the whole time. Also- figured out how to increase the tension to make it a better strength and cardio workout.

Remembered abs. Had to interrupt the workout to carry a 4 yr old up the stairs for a nap.
