Skipped the 2nd set of bodyweight training to give my shoulder a break again. Also- tried to work more yoga into the beginning and middle (but still did some at the end as well) to help with my back left hip hurting

15 minutes running on the CC trail in the snow. Also -ran 4 snowy hills

Tuesday No Gi Training (2 hours)
1 hour drilling hand fighting and the defense to the guillotine- Von Flue Choke. 1 hour hard rolling with KZ, RG, and DW. DW taught class. Also- took kids sledding for over an hour. Went down 10 times myself.

Tuesday No Gi Class (2 hours)
80ish minutes working fireman's carry, to double leg, or High-C. Also worked arm drag to back take. Also worked arm throw from standing after duck under. Rolled for awhile after that, but was pretty worn out.
Tuesday Hill Sprints (HIIT) (25-30 minutes)
Ran the bigger hill 3 times and the smaller hill 3 times too on the CC trail

Skipped front squats and just alternated sumo dead lifts with hip thrusts (same bar, same weight). Added extra yoga for lower back pain, it worked!
