Friday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (80ish minutes)

Added foam roller for my left hip to help with pain between lifts. Went from 130 to 160 for squats, still 3 sets with 6 reps in each set. Skipped second set of bodyweight training

Worked the 2nd set of body weight training back in and did everything else. Still doing yoga at the beginning, middle, and end to help with the left hip
