Also likely sanding again for several hours
Skipped abs, bodyweight training, and yoga.
Working on some house projects too for several hours probably
5 minute warm up, 20 minutes hill sprints, 10 minutes walking/cool down
Also- on my feet baking for several hours
Skipped chess presses, abs, and yoga
Also- doing gardening stuff all day for YW activity
Monday- spent all day pulling up carpet
Tuesday- was very sick all day from what was in the nasty carpet, I assume
Added one legged hip thrusts with just a 20 lb weight (3 X10 on each side). Did everything else.
Also- spent 3 hours Thursday last week climbing rocks at Johnsons Shut Ins . We had to leave because my hands literally gave out. I would have stayed longer otherwise.
Also also- spent Friday putting two coats of paint on the bathroom- took about 3 hours total of painting? With 2 hours of drying time in between
Skipped pull ups/push ups because I have done something like 11 hours of plumbing in the last two days and some of my muscles were exhausted
Wanted to lift yesterday but felt horribly sick (cold?). So, it looks like only lifting twice this week again :(
Did all the stuff, probably some gardening later too
Worked on kimura escapes, foot stomp from lockdown to get in a butterfly hook, and punch choke
Did back squats, bicep curls, front squats, military presses, sumo dead lifts, calf raises, dead lifts and three different kinds of push ups (30 total). Just wanted to get some lifting in before the end of the week since I only lifted once this week.
Did all the stuff and used the foam roller on my left hip after abs work too
