Did dead lifts/calf raises, sumo dead lifts/ bicep curls/forearm curls/shoulder presses (20 lb weight), back squats/curl bar, and military presses/front squats
Probably more just hill sprints since I was taking it slow due to being 2nd day of Shark Week.
Swimming with kids later too
Skipped chest presses due to right shoulder being 90% better and not wanting to push it. Did everything else. Still doing sitting pull ups to help develop strength in different.
Also- cleaning, basically all day
Skipped chest presses because my right shoulder feels 80% better and I don't want to push it. Also- did sitting pull ups instead of pullups with a band. They felt slightly harder, so maybe they will help me reach my goal of an unassisted pull up
1 hour positional sparring from side control and 1 hour open mat sparring with various people at 10P OF
Skipped hip thrusts and chest presses to give my right shoulder a rest and I pooped out towards the end.
Also- working on staining and polyurethaning the upstairs floor for several hours over Satrurday, Sunday, and today
Also- yard work for over an hour making a new strawberry bed
Skipped pull ups, push ups, and chest presses, but did more yoga than usual. Right shoulder still an issue. Also working on floor for several hours between yesterday and today

Took my time, did all the things. My right shoulder is almost better, so a week of strength training (vacation) did some good
6 hills in the mud and rain
Also last week- walking 1-3 hours a day with sisters
Rolled with NicM, BB, DH, Jkson, and BH. Mostly just watching the wrestlers
Skipped chest presses and hip thrusts to save my right shoulder and left hip. Skipped abs and yoga because I will be sanding the rest of the day and needed to save something for that.
