1 hour intensive drilling with positional sparring, King of the Mat and then open mat after that

did everything except chest presses, did a few things out of order
Skipped pull ups/push ups, hip thrusts, abs and yoga
Did everything except chest presses, which I may or may not add back in. I also did the gradual build up dead lifts again (5 reps at 70lbs, 5 reps at 120lbs, and 5 reps at 200lbs).
3 big hills, and 5 smaller hills
Also- 2 hours golf game at Top Golf
Skipped pull ups/push ups and chest presses.
Did something new with standard dead lifts- started out with 5 reps of 70lbs, then 5 reps of 130 lbs, then 5 reps of 200 lbs. Felt like a better warm up and might keep it up for a bit
Also did more walking and on my feet for teaching today, was worn out after school and could not rally until later in the night for the lifting workout
Skipped hip thrusts and abs because my stomach muscles felt super weak
Skipped dead lifts, pull ups/push ups, and abs
Plus- lots of cleaning and decorating for V's party
Skipped chest presses and pull ups/push ups. Added regular dead lifts back into the program.
Also- on my feet all day teaching kindergarten
Feeling sick off and on the last two days, decided to make this my workout for the day

Just did Back squats, sumo dead lifts, calf raises, hip thrusts, and single leg romanian dead lifts
Also- picked up some heavy stuff to make a box jumping platform for Q
