Hit it at a fast pace on Watershed Trail because short on time. Also played tag with 1st graders and sprinted for a good 10 minutes straight.
Also- walking all day between classes and with kids because of IEP meetings
Skipped yoga because I did it earlier today (still skipped pull ups/push ups due to shoulder issues)
1 hour drilling butterfly to ashi garame, to toehold or kneebars. One hour open mat- Rolled with Colton, Antonio, Terry, Gary M, Mario, Jason S, and Morgan

Skipped hip thrusts for back pain and pull ups/pushups and hand weights for shoulder pain
30 minutes drilling yahtzee sweep and Lapel in from ground koala position, stand up, lift up there leg with lapel grip under it, then take them down to outside cradle. 30 minutes live rolling with Dane (twice), LW (twice), Nathan (twice), Joshua (twice), and Derek
Also, swimming with kids for 90 minutes. Taught underwater swimming and diving
Probably up to more than 2 miles? Not sure, just running for time today on a paved trail/bike trail
Did all the heavy lifts, but skipped everything else due to exhaustion
I was on my feet so much again today, my feet once again swelled and my calves are cramping. Hard classes, so many outside breaks, and so much running around
8 HIIT laps, last 2 with older daughter
Plus chasing after autistic kids literally all day until my feet were freaking kill me and the only exercise I could do was swimming
Working with Srsh and BH, and BB. Mostly just the bean and BH working on wrestling basics and light rolling
First mile was good, except for being attacked by an uncollared and unleashed pitbull mix dog (12-13 minute mile). Second mile was more was more slow with more walking and my left foot went totally numb (wore my blue MIZUNO shoes)
Added back in military presses and bicep curls, but still skipped 20lb hand weights, and pull ups push ups
Plus 5 minutes walking to warm up and 5 minutes walking to cool down

Ran 7 hills (3 big hill, 3 short hill, and 1 hill that is adjacent to the big hill?)

Plus swimming with kids and teaching Sorsha how to dive
Did a lap around the gardens paved area, then paved bike trail, then gravel, then dirt trail to cool down for last 5 minutes or so. Also, got to pet a Pomsky for first time ever (pomeranian/husky mix).
Also, chasing after severe autistic kids all day
My right shoulder/rotator cuff has been hurting, so just did lower body lifts. Dead lifts, sumo dead lifts, back squats, front squats, hip thrusts, calf raises, single leg romanian dead lifts, and abs.
Only 6 hills, still sore from running Sunday.
