Went through the lifts real fast and ended with some yoga. Skipped pull ups, push ups, and abs
Went slow because was sick this week
Also rummaged through my brother's stuff for an hour
1 hour 10 minutes drilling cradle to wrestling pin to collar choke to foot lock from cradle break defense. 30 minutes of rolling with 5-6 people (Summer, Keith, Mark, Louie, and Ryan M)
Skipped pull ups and push ups due to ongoing shoulder issues
Plus 3 sets of 10 push ups worked in
Had to skip exercise Thursday due to working all day at a preschool causing a nap right after school and then a tornado hit and made conditions no good for running after the nap
Forgot pull ups with dead lifts so did 3 sets of 10 push ups at the end (30 total)
with 1/2 on the #2 I guess, so good combo of cc and dirt trails- Also- much harder cardio wise to run while waving "spider web stick" in front of me
Put pull ups back in with the deadlifts at the beginning. Skipped yoga and push ups
1 hour drilling arm over, get tricep grip, turn hips, lock hands, then pull the arm over and get armbar on the other arm- or get one collar choke or omoplata, or triangle choke
1 hour rolling
Still too wet for dirt trails, but did about 5-6 big hills in the process as well on the CC trail by taking 2 different ways
Non stop rain making running harder and wetter (obviously)
Also- 1 hour of gardening
Skipped pull ups/push ups
Did 30 minutes of yoga with a group later on that night
Worked with Jeff drilling for an hour on switching between darce choke and anaconda choke
Skipped pull ups/pushups or bench presses- will work those back in soon
