 Worked back in dead lifts and added 30 more pushups in between single leg romanian dead lift sets (sets of 10, 6 sets total, so 60 push ups total for this workout).

Wednesday Gi BJJ (1 hour 45 minutes)

 1 hour drilling the 6 different arm attacks, kimura, americana, hammer lock, chicken wing, and russian tie (double locked russian tie)

 

Also- cleaned and did laundry all day (like 8 hours, seriously)

Tuesday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (1 hour)

 Did all the heavy lifts except dead lifts because of back pain this week. Did 3 sets of 10 push ups instead of 50. Ran out of time.

Sunday Lifting/bodyweight training (90 minutes)

 Did 5 sets of 10 pushups to try to get back up to 100 push ups again. 

 

Skipped dead lifts because of back hurting, and abs and yoga because I ran out of time before choir practice

 Also, ran on Tuesday before I had no time to exercise for 2 days and then got sick for 1 day.

 Took it really slow and ordered groceries and cleaned the kitchen at the same time. Skipped dead lifts because I'm doing BJJ tonight and didn't want to hurt my back.

 Went to Watsons and rolled with one black belt (MA), two brown belts, two purple belts, and 3 girls, plus some white belts and some wrestlers. Rolled two rounds in the gi and then took off the gi and went nogi

 Mostly CC trail, but some dirt trail with QQ companion
