Tuesday

I ran 7 miles today. I'm trying to decide if I want to ride with the Zillas this evening. Sounds like fun, but....??? We'll see.

Sounds like fun but your legs might fall of tomorrow? ;) I don't know how you bike and run in the same day. Crazy!
