Okay, I am REALLY sore!! After doing Jillian yesterday, I got up this morning and we did the hill route!!!! I am so glad that we are back to doing the hill route!! No one has been doing it for months. Folks were babying injuries, plus one of our hill groupies died, and no one wanted to run the hills for a while. It is great to be back out on the hills, but MAN AM I SORE!! I have never been this sore immediately after a workout. By the time I got home and climbed out of my van, my booty was screaming at me. I truly enjoy being sore like this. I feel like I've really done something. I think Jillian is going to have to take a break for a couple of days. I'm planning on doing the bike tomorrow. That should be fun???
So that's 7+ miles (We did the whole route and everything.) of really, frickin', insane hills.

Oh my aching butt!!! I think I might have to take tomorrow totally off. My gluteous HURTS!!!
I would just plow through and you'll be less sore the next day.
Anytime you do a new kind of workout (even easier ones like dance DVD's) you are going to be sore because you are using muscles in new ways. That's why I like to do Yoga at least once a week because it uses so many different muscles and also stretches them all out.
I can't wait to try the Jillian Michaels DVDs! I'm going to pay a fine at the library today, and then order them after that.
