I did another 2 hours work late last night finishing up our bathroom repair (finished!).
I also cleaned the bathroom for 1 hour today. Home repair/construction is messy :P

I forgot to look at my watch when I started. I got somewhere between a 12-13 minute mile (which is good for me considering how much I have been missing runs).
ETA- Plus 1 1/2 hours scraping old caulk off the bath tub. Did I mention my house is turned upside down trying to fix a leaking tub faucet?

Thursday Trail Running 45 minutes
I think that 2 hours on the floor last night really took it out of me. I am tired today. No barefoot running shoes today, just regular running shoes. I thought it would be too muddy for the Vibrams, so I wore my trail running shoes (with plastic spike things).

I did another 20 minutes alternating bike with elliptical. Worked harder again today. I'm definitely getting it back faster this time. So, with my goal to work out three times this week, I'd say I'm doing good! (way to jinx myself two times in a row, lol!) I probably won't get another opportunity to work out until Friday at the earliest though, and more likely Saturday.

Wednesday Running 45 minutes (while pushing the jogging stroller)
In the SUN!!! I figure I got about 3 miles (on the watershed trail) if I go by my usual jogging stroller pace. I also warmed up and cooled down with walking (10 minutes total).
ETA- Plus, two hours of sitting on the floor cleaning out the kid's play room for the pre-Christmas toy purge. My back hurts!

I'm guessing about 2 1/2 miles. My shoes were not making my feet happy. Weird numbness and sliding. I will have to try different inserts. I will be trying for a barefoot trail run on Saturday.

Tuesday Running 30 minutes (2 miles with one BIG hill)
The BIG hill is 1/2 mile total (up and down) so I consider it to be pretty big. I'm hoping to do a ball workout later today too.
I'm trying to do at least one small workout in the morning to get my metabolism warmed up and to feel better. I've been feeling pretty crappy in the mornings due to the cold weather, so hopefully this will help ;)

Monday Pilates (on the exercise ball) 30 minutes
I did the 10 minute Pilates Solution workout. I did abs, upper body, and flexibility. I really like all the workouts on this DVD.
