I did another 20 minutes alternating bike with elliptical. Worked harder again today. I'm definitely getting it back faster this time. So, with my goal to work out three times this week, I'd say I'm doing good! (way to jinx myself two times in a row, lol!) I probably won't get another opportunity to work out until Friday at the earliest though, and more likely Saturday.

Rest days are important too, especially when you're just getting back into it. You are doing awesome though!
