I was wearing my Vibrams. That was the longest I have EVER ran, and definitely the longest I have ran on a single file dirt trail! Woot for progress!
In diet news- I think I'm going to go back to 1600-1700 calories a day. I had yet ANOTHER week of only eating 1200-1300 calories a day and not losing a single ounce. I think my muscles might be getting canabalized at this point. I'm going to try and build muscle for about a month with extra protein, and then jump back into the old diet.
(This new blogger format is STILL annoying me)
