Monday Swimming 45 minutes

10 minutes breast stroke
10 minutes freestyle
10 minutes backstroke
5 minutes freestyle
5 minutes backstroke
5 minutes freestyle

Plus, 2 hours de-cluttering, cleaning, and a little yard work.

you have psiatica (i totally know i spelled that wrong, but can't be bothered looking it up), and you are running and lifting weights?! are you insane?!! swimming's okay though, i approve of swimming. ;)

The sciatica got mostly better after I did all that walking on Friday. I read that walking could help, I just did not realize it would help that much. I also did pregnancy yoga every other day last week too. No stopping me! Sciatica will not keep me down!

walking helped with yours? it only made mine much worse! lucky you, lol! i'm glad it got better for you, that's so great! and can ANYTHING keep you down?! i don't think so! lol!
