Thursday Walk/Run 50 minutes (3 ish miles)
I ran over a mile and then walked about 1 1/2 miles. More like 2 3/4 miles? I'm going to take it easy the rest of the day and see how my foot feels. It mostly hurts on the outside edge of the right foot (beneath the pinky toe itself though).

you've been busy this week! yay for running, but take care of that foot! :)
oh! and you asked me awhile back about the river swimming thing and the current and being sore and i totally forgot to answer. i have never swam in a river, or a river current before, and this was a pretty strong one to boot. it was hard! and i had to use muscles i didn't know i had, and boy were they screaming at me the next day, lol!
