Wednesday JM 30 Day Shred Level 3 + Extra Weights (35 minutes)
I did the JM workout with a mix of 5 and 10 lb weights, and then a burnout weight session with the 20 lb weight. I feel like the extra strength training is helping me get stronger. I also am hoping to swim tonight if I feel up to it. I've been skipping swimming lately, but I want to get back into it because it seems to help my joints feel better.
