I actually did LEVEL 3 on the 30 Day Shred. I used 10 lb free weights except for the shadow boxing, where I switched to 5 lb weights. I did 10 minutes of extras with the 20 lb weight, but I did not do push ups. Level 3 is does half the exercises in plank pose, so I thought I better skip the push ups this time. Swimming- 5 minutes breast stroke, 10 minutes freestyle, 10 minutes back stoke, 5 minutes kick board.
Also- took a 3 yr old and a baby to Michael's for almost an hour.
