I did JM with 10 lb free weights. I skipped squat thrusts and did not crouch down as low for most of the motions to take it easy on my back. The extras took 15 minutes because I was also trying to take it easy with those moves.
ETA- I also vacuumed out my van for 20 minutes and have been doing laundry all day (with heavy lifting help from the older kids).
