I did australian
pull ups (11 sets of 6, 66 total), push ups (11 sets of 10, 110 total)
and a bunch of ab work mixed in. I'm already seeing progress with these
workouts which is very nice. I also did two "dead hangs" with all my body weight of 15 seconds each (supposed to get up to 30 seconds).
Also- chased my toddler around an office for an hour because my brother had an appointment I took him to.
More also- one hour of cleaning and one hour of yard work.
