Monday Strength Workout (50 minutes)
The workout took me a little longer because I was taking it slow. I've been using the blue strap for assisted pull ups (at my brother's house).Plus, legs up on 2 stairs for 3 of the 8 sets of push ups.
Also- 45 minutes of yard work taking down the garden.

Saturday Running/Strength (40 minutes)
I ran 30 minutes on a paved trail in the woods and then did 10 minutes of alternating inverted rows and push ups (6 sets). It was cold and windy, but it still felt so nice to be out in nature after being sick this week.
