Tuesday Running + Swimming (70 minutes)
Running -25 minutes, plus 10 minutes walking. Swimming - 25 laps in 30 minutes and 5 minutes kickboard.

Monday Strength Workout (50 minutes)
10 sets of 10 push ups, 10 sets of 5 assisted pull ups, 3 sets of 10 chair dips, 3 sets of 20 calf raises, 3 sets of 6 dead lifts (80 lbs), 3 sets of 8 squats. Plus, 5 minutes of abs. I stopped doing crunches and just do side abs and lower abs. It seems to be more effective in tapering my waist.
Saturday Trail Running (35 minutes)
25 minutes trail running (in the mud and rain) and 10 minutes walking.

Ran 2 miles in 25 minutes and then walked for 5 minutes. Taking the week off strength workouts because of my left shoulder hurting.

Thursday Exercise Bike + leg weights (30 minutes)
I skipped the run today as my right knee was twinging. Giving it a rest until hopefully a trail run on Saturday.

Wednesday Strength Workout (50 minutes)
Did 10 sets of push ups and pull ups today and Monday to step up the game with my strength workouts again. Also, one hour of going up and down my brother's stairs carrying things. More cleaning too!

Saturday Trail Running (30 minutes)
The trail running is definitely taking a bit out of me nowadays. It was fun to get out on the dirt trail and escape life for awhile though.

20 minutes on the bike, ran a mile, and walked for awhile.
Wednesday Strength Workout (1 hour)
added extra reps of push ups and pull ups and some bench presses on the bow flex.
