Swimming (30 minutes)
22 laps. Had to take it slow because it was crowded at the pool and I was sharing a lap lane with two friends.
Tuesday Trail Running (30 minutes)
5 minutes paved getting out of my mom's subdivision, 20 minutes dirt trail (#3), and then 5 minutes paved again.

Did all the stuff. Remembered abs.

Paved trail. Too much stuff to do today and ran out of daylight for a longer run. I broke in my new altras that I bought specifically for paved trails.

22 laps. Took it slow. 15 laps freestyle, 7 laps backstroke. Also, 90 minutes working with my arms above my head on a plumbing issue in our basement.

Monday Strength Workout (1 hour)
Remembered abs. Here's the routine as of late: 3 sets of 8 of assisted pull ups (under) with 3 sets of 10 legs up push ups. Then alternating calf raises (3 sets of 20) alternated with chair dips (3 sets of 10). 120 lb dead lifts (3 sets of 6) alternated with sumo dead lifts (3 sets of 8 same weight). 3 sets of 8 assisted pull ups (over) with 3 sets of 10 regular push ups. 60 lb bar squats 3 sets of 10 with hack squats 3 sets of 10. Then abs last to cool down (5 minutes).

Cross country trail the whole time. Muddy and just really sopping wet.T he ice was melting/falling off all the trees, so it was like being hailed on, but gently The trees were beautiful though and it was a fun run.

Monday Strength Workout (25 minutes)
Did a shorter workout because I've had the flu for a week. I did 3 sets of assisted pullups/harder push ups. 3 sets of calf raises/ butt lifts. 3 sets of hack squats / regular squats with the 60 lb bar. I'm going to try for a run tomorrow.
