Friday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (40 minutes)
Did 2 sets of pull ups (over and under, with the band) 2 sets of push ups (using arms of the chair, and feet up push ups), chair dips, dead lifts and sumo dead lifts (3X3 190lbs). Plus yoga at the end. Cut the workout short due to still feeling yucky from getting hit in the face Tuesday plus a hard week.
