Thursday MA Class (90 minutes)
Someone has you in a front body lock, so you grab their arm, punch up, and roll out of it while holding on to their hand. Did this from sitting, kneeling, and standing.Worked on defending from belly down and defending when you're on all fours and someone has their hooks in and a choke on you (pin their leg, roll towards them, shrimp out of that). Worked with Tanner and new guy Cody (well, new to me). We did 2 minute rounds for the last 30 minutes. T and C both intense 200+ lb wrestlers but C did not submit me at all and T only got me twice. C also obviously does intense lifting but I did not let him out muscle me and I definitely out cardio-oed him.
