Saturday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (90 minutes)
Did everything, including new 60 lbs arm curls with curl bar and 60lb bench presses with my makeshift bench. Also- keeping the chest flies alternated with forearm lifts (7 1/2lb weight in each hand) Skipped second set of body weight training though. Oh, and sticking with back squat/calf raise sets right after bodyweight training since that is my hardest lift now.
