 Basically dug out the fire pit and transported the dirt by bucket to another part of the yard (like farmer rows)

 Did everything including new Military press and shoulder lifts with 20lb weights

 Lots of cooking and cleaning in between lifts. Skipped abs, pullups/pushups, and hip thrusts

 sprint to work this morning, but slow otherwise

 Kept military presses, pushups/pullsups, chest presses, new shoulder work with 20lb weights, but skipped abs again

 

Also- biking for 30 minutes around the neighborhood and training BJJ outside with kids

 3 minute rounds with BH and BB

Monday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (90 minutes)

 Added pull ups/push ups back in plus added military presses again plus an extra shoulder lift to the arm sets with the 20lb weight. Skipped abs because they still hurt from Friday

Nogi Open Mat (1 hour)

 Rolled with BB and DW twice, rolled with young NickM twice, and NoahM once. Also rolled with BH once. Not doing great, still catch wrestlers in triangles though.

 Added front squats with 80 lb curling bar, did not work very well. Skipped abs, push ups, and lunges.

Also- biked round the neighborhood for 30-40 minutes

 30 minutes hard biking including  2 hard hills, and 30 minutes "puttering around town" kind of biking.

 Did all the stuff but added lunges with a 20lb weight in each hand and up to 180lbs for back squats
