Plus, 3 hours of gardening
Did the up and hold part of my pull ups routine with my knee in the band instead of my foot. It makes it harder. Also- did chair push ups, then regular push ups, then feet up push ups alternating with the pull up hangs.
Skipped glute bridges, abs, and yoga because I ran out of time
30 minutes drilling, 60ish minutes rolling. Worked on take downs (neck hook to back take, but keeping the neck hook) to turtle to half nelson/inside wrist control to surfboard. Also, worked on kimura details- with monkey paw grip to hip on shoulder, to planting the foot, to deadlift the kimura
3 big hill in a row and then 3 of the slightly smaller hill
Did all the stuff.
Also- biked for 20ish minutes. 10 minutes to work and 10 minutes home on my bike (van troubles)
still doing 8 freestyle sprints and 8 backstroke laps (plus a warm up and cool down)
1 hour rolling and something like 30 minutes drilling. Drilled kimura escapes and ten finger choke escapes
slow easy biking
used lube and padded bike shorts but still got a V sore, so not sure how to fix this problem
Just went real slow and skipped hip thrusts, abs, and yoga because my gut was hurting today
Skipped military presses and front squats because I literally just forgot. Ran out of time before yoga, but did abs. Also, played with Teague at the park across from the wrestling building
With MK and BB.
Also two hours of big shovel yard work. I might have to take two rest days after all that.
