Took so long because I fixed a shelf in the middle of the workout to take advantage of the exercise high
Did all the stuff except chess presses. Also wrestled with an autistic 3rd grader all day
1 hour drilling scarf hold serpent kimura from scarf hold, then arm on the side of the head for the head and arm choke from scarf hold.
1 hour drilling. Heel hooked a blue belt and ALMOST heel hooked a former UFC fighter, had him on the run for the second roll I did with him
Skipped chest presses because of right shoulder issue.
Also- wrestled with small autistic children all day
3 big hills, 5 smaller hills, in a light rain with some thunder, not too slippery, nice breeze

Also- 45 minutes shop vaccing after a plate was broken

Also- almost three hours of digging and building raised beds and other gardening structures

Also- wrestling with autistic kids all day today and yesterday (the other aid says her fitness tracker was saying we got 10,000 steps before noon with what we were doing with those kids)
Also- went swimming with kids for an hour, mostly just walked around the pool

Also also- spent an hour playing kickball with kids from church
Also- spent several hours working on raised beds and chasing kids around the park Tuesday
Skipped abs, yoga, hip thrusts, and chest presses due to time constraints. Also- walked around a park for few hours with kids and did 2 hours of back to school shopping.
Work from duck under to circle neck, worked from referee position, worked the ham sandwich submission
Did all the things except chest presses.
Also-didn't workout yesterday but did do some small house projects for an hour
Got 8 hills this time instead of 6, but also got caught in a violent thunderstorm. A little too much excitement, for a Tuesday

Also- did almost 4 hours of caving on Saturday that I am still sore from
50 minutes drilling for ashi garame entries- from single leg X, from reverse X- to 4/11 or saddle, from butterfly to 4/11, also worked on a calf slicer entry called "ham sandwich" from butterfly
Also- about 2 hours of working on raised beds again today
About 45 minutes of lifting mixed in with big shovel digging and making raised beds out of scrap lumber
Lifts- back squats with bicep curls (curling bar), dead lifts with calf raises, and military presses with front squats
Plus about an hour more working with kids in the lap lanes and playing with the kids in the pool
Also- did chest presses with a safety machine to see if I could and did 3 sets of 3 at 100 lbs. Worked with an 8 lb ball and the ropes whipping exercise too
Also went hiking with ADG for 30 minutes
