Had to skip 200+ lb lifts, so modified and added some other stuff
Did back squats in same super set with front squats and military presses (with 70 lb bar)
Did hack squats with 70lb bar mixed with bicep curls, forearm curls, and shoulder presses with 20lbs in each hand
Did single leg romanian dead lifts with 30lb handweight
Did sumo squats with 120lb bar and calf raises
Did seated pull ups with legs up push ups
Finished with abs and some yoga stretches
