Skipped dead lifts and put pull ups/pushups/and calf raises together instead. My left mid back was really hurting and I was afraid to do dead lifts. Also did light lifts first just to mix things up. Skipped abs and yoga because I am exhausted from being on my feet teaching kindergarten all day.
