Had to take a break for 4-5 days due to feeling super sick. I took it slow today and did all the lifts plus the 60 push ups that I have been adding in. I have also been adding in dead hangs for spinal decompression after heavy lifts

Saturday BJJ Seminar (2 hours)
Skipped workouts Thursday and Friday so I had lots of energy for this seminar. Straight ankle locks from single leg X, with turning on your side, scooting in, and then looking over your shoulder. Also practiced switching over to the John Thomas straight ankle lock when the push the foot down (get the hook inside the leg to finish the John Thomas ankle lock)
One hour drilling and One hour rolling (got to roll with 4 black belts!!!)

Skipped dead lifts, abs, and yoga due to time constraints. Also- only did 30 push ups due to left side of back hurting a lot
