Skipped workouts Thursday and Friday so I had lots of energy for this seminar. Straight ankle locks from single leg X, with turning on your side, scooting in, and then looking over your shoulder. Also practiced switching over to the John Thomas straight ankle lock when the push the foot down (get the hook inside the leg to finish the John Thomas ankle lock)
One hour drilling and One hour rolling (got to roll with 4 black belts!!!)
