Tuesday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (45 minutes)

Did this in 30 minutes on lunch:

 First super set- Military presses. good mornings, front squat with 70 lbs (with heel elevators)

Second super set- 3 sets of 10 bench presses.
THEN 3 sets of 15 push ups and 3 sets of 20 calf raise

First did this in 15 minutes earlier in the day:

Then did 10 sets of 10 push ups (100 total)

10 sets of 20 calf raises (200 total)

4 sets of 6 chair dips
