I think I'm counting the "basement workout" as a third strength workout. I must have gone up and down those stairs 50 times, while carrying heavy & light items.
Running Report- My legs were so trashed & my lungs so clogged with dust from cleaning out the basement yesterday that I could only run 1 mile, and then walk 2 miles.
New goal- Run 3 times a week.

I'm so glad we don't have a basement. It would be filled with crap in no time. Yay for spring cleaning!
